Returns are NOT accepted at any cost. Returns will lead to the shipping cost and custom fees to be paid twice.

Refunds, replacements, or cancellations are considered under specific circumstances, including:

Errors in order of contents

Mismatch with the product's online description or image Prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery

Other issues attributable to customer decisions post-order confirmation

Defects or damages before use

In the event of defects or damages before use, please contact us immediately for a partial or full refund, depending on the condition of the item.

Refunds can be through gift vouchers or credit card payment returns depending on nature of cases.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please double check all the entered personal information including your Full Name, Complete Address, Phone Number, etc. are complete and accurate.

Unfulfilled deliveries or lost packages due to missing information cannot be replaced or refunded.

Please make sure to check your spam box or other folders for our email updates or order information.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses

For international deliveries , Custom Duty and Import tax are included.

For unfulfilled deliveries in cases of your absence, incomplete delivery address and other information, etc., the items will put on hold at the Post Office, and you will need to contact them or the shipping company. If you fail to do so within the given deadline, your item will be returned to us or disposed of.
